This application is for FOOD vendors (craft vendors should apply here). Food vendors receive a 20'x20' booth/truck space. If you need a larger space, please note this in your application (additional charges may apply).
Vendors will be selected through a juried process, priority being given to vendors with local and/or homegrown/raised products. Applications will only be accepted through this online form and are due by Monday, March 10th. All vendors will be notified by April 1st on the status of their application. Craft vendors are selected through a juried decision process. Priority will be given to vendors with local, handmade crafts, and organizations with missions that parallel our Foundation. Folks selling pyramid scheme-type products and products not made in the US need not apply. We appreciate the work that you do, but we are working hard to maintain the homegrown feel of our event - thank you for your understanding.

The Foundation implements a two phased approach. Applicants will be asked to submit the below information as a letter of intent. Please note we collect all submissions through Submittable. You will need to click on the yellow Create Your Account button below. Once you sign in, you will be directed to complete the Letter of Intent form.
Letters of Intent are due February 15th, 2024, no late submissions will be accepted. The Foundation will notify all applicants of their decision no later than March 1st, 2024. Selected applicants will be asked to submit a full application by March 15th, 2024. Awards will be made by April 15th, 2024. We are thrilled to offer this opportunity for twelve women to learn basic concepts of Trailer Backing. Please review the course information on our website prior to registering. This course is hosted in White Sulphur Springs, MT over the weekend of May 17th-18th, 2025. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and fills quickly.

The Red Ants Pants Foundation is thrilled to offer the opportunity for ten women to join our Women in Ag Communities Well-being retreat on May 14th-16th, 2025 in White Sulphur Springs, MT. Prior to the retreat, a virtual meet & greet for all participants will be hosted via Zoom, May 7th, 2025 at 7pm. Please review the retreat information on our website prior to registering. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and fills quickly.

- Connect with other women in ag communities and reconnect with yourself;
- Reflect on the challenges you have overcome and the strengths you have used to do so;
- Restore your capacity for resilience through learning concepts and practicing tools known to support your nervous system;
- Reclaim your sense of purpose as you embark on the year ahead.
