2025 RAP Foundation- Community Grants- Letter of Intent

The Foundation implements a two phased approach. Applicants will be asked to submit the below information as a letter of intent. Please note we collect all submissions through Submittable. You will need to click on the yellow Create Your Account button below. Once you sign in, you will be directed to complete the Letter of Intent form.
Letters of Intent are due February 15th, 2024, no late submissions will be accepted. The Foundation will notify all applicants of their decision no later than March 1st, 2024. Selected applicants will be asked to submit a full application by March 15th, 2024. Awards will be made by April 15th, 2024.
