The Red Ants Pants Foundation is thrilled to offer the opportunity for ten women to join our Women in Ag Communities Well-being retreat on April 10th-12th, 2026 in White Sulphur Springs, MT. Prior to the retreat, a virtual meet & greet for all participants will be hosted via Zoom, April 1st, 2026 at 7pm. Please review the retreat information on our website prior to registering. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and fills quickly.

Retreat Objectives:

  • Connect with other women in ag communities and reconnect with yourself;
  • Reflect on the challenges you have overcome and the strengths you have used to do so;
  • Restore your capacity for resilience through learning concepts and practicing tools known to support your nervous system;
  • Reclaim your sense of purpose as you embark on the year ahead.

If you are interested in participating in this course, but the course fee would create an obstacle to your participation, we do provide payment options and/or may be able to offer a partial scholarship. Please first submit your registration form to hold your spot and then contact us immediately. We are able to hold your spot while in active communication regarding the payment options available.

Please contact us with any questions you may have.

Thank you for your interest in the Red Ants Pants Foundation's Eastern Montana Girls Leadership Program. Please review our website for specific program details. This program is created for Montana residents, including residents of the sovereign tribal nations within Montana, currently in their sophomore or junior year of high school. Program dates include a Virtual Meet & Greet on April 29th 6-7pm as well as the weekend Retreat May 8th-10th.

We strive to create an inclusive environment where people of all backgrounds and identities feel welcome, involved, and of worth; and we pledge ourselves to creating and maintaining an atmosphere that respects diverse traditions, heritages, and experiences.

Please note: participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the retreat in Miles City. We recognize that transportation costs and logistics may be a barrier for some. While the Foundation has limited funds to help offset costs, we are also interested in working with community partners to explore transportation options. We encourage anyone with concerns to reach out.

If you have any questions regarding the program or require an accommodation to complete the application, please contact Program Director, Amy Freund, amy@redantpantsfoundation.org

Thank you for your interest in serving as a volunteer Community Leader with the Red Ants Pants Foundation’s Eastern Montana Girls Leadership Program (GLP).

The GLP consists of a cohort of eight to ten girls in their sophomore and junior years of high school, supported by six to eight women Community Leaders and a team of professional facilitators. We are thrilled to be returning to Miles City for a second program year and are seeking Community Leaders from within our networks and across Eastern Montana to fill these vital volunteer roles.

Program Dates:

  •  Virtual Meet & Greet: Wednesday, April 29, 2026 | 6–7 p.m.
  •  In-Person Retreat (Miles City, MT): Friday, May 8 – Sunday, May 10, 2026

Community Leaders must be able to attend both the virtual meet & greet and the entire in-person retreat. The retreat begins Friday evening and concludes with lunch on Sunday. Lodging and meals are provided; each participant will have their own bed, though some rooms may be shared with other Community Leaders.

The Community Leader cohort is comprised of women from around the state (with a focus on Eastern Montana) who are selected based on their lived experiences and leadership track records. All Community Leaders are required to complete a criminal history background check prior to acceptance into the program.

Community Leaders are not therapists or counselors. Rather, they serve as role models and trusted adults who support participants in fully engaging with and benefiting from the program.

To learn more about our Girls Leadership Programs, please visit our website. If you have specific questions about the program or are unsure whether this role is a good fit, please contact Program Director Amy Freund at amy@redantspantsfoundation.org

We appreciate the time and care taken to apply. All applicants will be contacted by the beginning of April regarding the status of their application. As part of the selection process, some applicants may be asked to participate in a brief interview.

Thank you for considering a mentorship role with the Red Ants Pants Foundation's Flagship Girls Leadership Program (GLP). The GLP consists of a cohort of eight girls, eight female mentors and a team of professional facilitators. All participants attend three multi-day retreats throughout the year. Between retreats, girls develop a community leadership project and engage in a one-on-one mentoring designed to provide support, accountability, and assistance as needed. Mentors are required to attend all retreats, virtual events, and check-ins.

Program Dates:

  • Virtual Mentor Orientation: Wednesday, September 30, 2026 | 6:00-8:00pm
  • Fall Retreat: Friday, October 23 – Sunday, October 25, 2026
  • Mentor Check-in: Wednesday, November 18, 2026 | 6:00 – 7:00 pm
  • Virtual Training: Wednesday, December 9, 2026 | 6:00 - 7:30 pm
  • Winter Retreat: Friday, January 29 – Sunday, January 31, 2027
  • Mentor Check-in: Wednesday, February 24, 2027 | 6:00 – 7:00pm
  • Virtual Training: Wednesday, March 10, 2027 | 6:00 - 7:30 pm
  • Spring Retreat: Friday, April 23 – Sunday, April 25, 2027

 *Retreat location is 30 minutes North of Bozeman, Montana. All retreats begin with dinner on Friday and conclude with lunch on Sunday*

  Mentors are not therapists and they are not counselors. They are meant to serve as role-models who are available to support participants in maximizing their experience in the program, and to help hold them accountable to their goals. If you have any specific questions about the program or whether you should apply, please reach out to programs@redantspantsfoundation.org.

All mentors must complete a criminal history background check prior to being accepted to the program. This program is designed with an intentionally built small group, because of this we do require Mentors attend all in-person and virtual requirements listed above and to prioritize these dates above other scheduling conflicts that may arise throughout the year.
