The Red Ants Pants Foundation is once again hosting a well-being retreat for women in agricultural communities on November 20th-22nd in White Sulphur Springs, MT.

This retreat was created to connect women in ag communities, reflect on the challenges and successes of this last year, and create a restorative space as we look towards the future. The retreat will include writing components, group discussion, informal connection, and guided reflection as well as shared meals. We are very fortunate to have two exceptional women facilitating this retreat: Ellie Martin, LCSW of Routefinder Consulting and Courtney Lowery Cowgill instructor at the University of Montana School of Journalism and editor at the Legislative News Service.

Retreat Objectives:

  • Connect with other women in ag communities and reconnect with yourself;
  • Reflect on the challenges and successes of the last year;
  • Restore your energy resources as we enter the new year;
  • Reclaim your sense of purpose as you envision the year ahead
